EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF CNG HOLDINGS:
Stephen Rothman is the CEO of CNG Holdings (Pty) Ltd and managing director of NGV Gas, Virtual Gas Network and CNG Technology. His business qualification focused on strategic management. He has a successful background in top management, establishing major production and distribution projects in South Africa. Over the past seven years he focused on Natural Gas, CNG and LNG technology
Internationally, as well as introducing the technology to the South African market.
Zazi Dladla is a director and founder of Sakhikusasa Projects and West Point Enterprises, which acted as the project manager for boiler operations, installations and networks at various government hospitals for the Department of Health. He has vast experience as a senior manager and director in a number of organisations, including the transport sector. Therefore he is in a good position to introduce CNG to various industries in South Africa.
Thabiso Mageza, BCom, MBL (Unisa), is a director of Sakhikusasa Projects and Audit Committee Chairperson for the Department of Labour. He has many years’ experience in senior management positions.
Our executive directors are also executive directors of our three subsidiary companies, CNG Technology,
NGV Gas and Virtual Gas Network.
NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS OF CNG HOLDINGS:
Simphiwe Mehlomakulu is the Reatile Group Chairman. He has many years’ experience in senior management positions at various organisations in South Africa and holds a BSc degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Cape Town (UTC), a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing Management from Unisia and a MBA from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits)
Aleta Jovner is the Chief Financial Officer of the Reatile Group. She has many years’ experience in senior financial management at various organisations across South Africa and is a qualified chartered account.
Vusumuzi Dube is a Project Manager in the Mining and Mineral Beneficiation Unit of the Industrial Development Corporation of South Africa (IDC). He has many years of experience in the resources sector in South Africa and holds a BSc Degree in Mining Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand.
Nicole Moonsamy is a Senior Account Manager at the IDC. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant, and holds a B.Com degree from Rhodes University.
